DMCA Policy for Vietnamese Banh Mi Gochujang Mayo

Vietnamese Banh Mi Gochujang Mayo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Vietnamese Banh Mi Gochujang Mayo service or website if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA Notice and Counter-Notice. It is designed to make the process of reporting and counter-reporting easier.

Filing a DMCA Notice (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Vietnamese Banh Mi Gochujang Mayo website or service by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

    • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
    • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  6. Send Your Notice To: Please send your complete DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact method provided on our Contact Us page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.

We will re-post the material unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user.

  • Identification of Removed Material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Good Faith Statement: Include the following statement in the body of the Counter-Notification:
    • "I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Contact Information: Provide your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Consent to Jurisdiction: Include the following statement:
    • "I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vietnamese Banh Mi Gochujang Mayo may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement or an agent of such person."
  • Signature: Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
  • Send Your Counter-Notification To: Please send your complete DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact method provided on our Contact Us page.
